When you order online, your bank details are encrypted and sent to our server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This payment protocol is standard and known for transmitting data securely by internet. They are never stored.
Can I change or update my online order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in the confirmation email, or alternatively you can check the status of your order, or track your delivery, by checking out the Track Order page.
Alternatively, you can go to Orders on “MY ACCOUNT” and find a tracking link for the order you’re expecting!
How do I place an order?
Click on the item you would like to purchase.
Choose your desired quantity.
Click the ADD TO BASKET button.
Your SHOPPING CARTsummary will appear on the right. Click VIEW BASKET at the bottom of the screen.

How do I view what´s in my shopping basket?
To view the content of your basket, please click on the basket icon (trolley icon) on the top right of our page. Any items you have added to your basket will be shown. If you wish to change the quantity of any products in your basket, you can change the number by clicking on the -/+ buttons in the column for quantity. If you wish to remove any item of your basket, please click on DELETE just below the -/+ buttons in the column for quantity. You should see the price updating accordingly.
Why is the item that I had in my shopping basket yesterday no longer on sale today?
Your shopping basket does not secure sale prices for you. If you place an item in your basket at a sale price, the price will change once the sale has expired.
We recommend you place your order as soon as possible.
How will I know if you have received my order?
Once you´ve completed the checkout process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen detailing your final order total, your shipping address, and the purchased items. You can print this for your reference.
You will also receive an order confirmation per e-mail. You can also find all order details by logging in to MY ACCOUNT by using your e-mail and chosen password.
Will you tell me when my order has been dispatched?
YES! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information per e-mail. You can also always find all information regarding your order by logging into MY ACCOUNT.
Can you update my delivery address?
Yes, but only if we can catch the order in time.
If the order has progressed too far and we can’t make an update you may be able to update by Contacting Us for further assistance.
My promo code doesn't work
Having trouble with a promo code?
If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.
The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items. Some common exclusions are sale/clearance products, personalised products, gift cards and charity items.
The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

I didn't receive my promo code or voucher
To be sure that you receive your emails, it is best to use your personal email rather than a work email address. Workplace email accounts may have security settings that prevent our emails from getting through to you.
