We accept most popular payment options in South Africa. These include Credit card and Debit card payments, Instant EFT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, etc.

We also accept direct bank transfer (EFT) as a payment method, although we will only start processing the order once the payment is reflecting in our account.

When you order online, your bank details are encrypted and sent to our server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This payment protocol is standard and known for transmitting data securely by internet. They are never stored.

As we are an online store, we only accept electronic payments.

In the unfortunate event that an item does not pass our quality check or there is no stock available we will automatically credit the item. If there were multiple items on your order the rest of your goods will be prepared for shipping.

You will be notified about any items removed from your order, via email, as soon as possible.
