EASY RETURNS Faulty or Damaged? Don’t love it? Don’t stress!
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Celebrate with Us. If you are not, you can easily log a return for your purchase within 10 days of receipt as long as it is in a re-sellable condition, and in its original Packaging. We offer refund, gift vouchers, replacement values and exchange options (please refer to FAQ for the return process).
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement, gift voucher or replacement value. For refund options, via the original payment method (faulty & damaged items only), bank details can be sent and we will refund.
Please Note:
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items delivered, only if the customer provides proof of the damaged or incorrect items supplied. For all other refunds or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to an address we will provide in the return confirmation email.
Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please also make sure your items are securely wrapped so that they are returned to us without damage.

Re-wrap the products;
Send item to the address provided in the returns confirmation email;
Send us the tracking number (via email), so that we can process your refund or exchange.

My item has arrived damaged
If you have unfortunately received a damaged item, all you need to do is email a photo clearly showing the issue, to our support team within 10 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to help rectify the situation either by sending a replacement or offering you a refund.

My items are not as described the website
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if the products are faulty, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown, we apologise!
If you have identified the fault within 10 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure by following steps 1 – 3 above.
We will be happy to help rectify the situation either by sending a replacement or offering you a refund.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

Change of mind returns
Not in love? That’s fine! If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products for you.
You will be liable for shipping the items back to Celebrate with Me (to address provided in return email), as well as the shipping costs if you choose to exchange an item, to be sent to an address of your choice.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed.
Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. Please contact customer support here or via email [email protected] to arrange your return.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once your parcel has been received by our team, it will take up to 5 working days to fulfill your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received.
As soon as your return has been handled, you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order. The transaction usually takes 2-5 working days and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail once the refund has been issued.
How long do I have to return my item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent Celebrate with Me purchase, you are more than welcome to return products that are in its original condition for a full refund, within 10 days after you have received your order.
