STANDARD EXPRESS DELIVERY – R 100 FREE for orders over R 750!

  • Flat rate for delivery to your doorstep, anywhere in South Africa.
  • Orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
  • Delivered within 2-3 business days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein and Polokwane.
  • Delivered within 2-5 business days to Regional and Remote Areas.

OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERY – R 150

  • Flat rate for delivery to your doorstep, anywhere in South Africa.
  • Orders will leave our warehouse in 1 business days.
  • Delivered within 1-2 business days to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein and Polokwane.
  • Delivered within 1-3 business days to Regional and Remote Areas.

PUDO LOCKER – R 60
FREE for orders over R 750!

  • Flat rate for delivery to a PUDO smart locker closest to you, anywhere in South Africa.
  • Orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
  • Delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • If  you receive a package in one of  the PUDO lockers, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.

COLLECTION  – FREE 

  • You may pre-arrange collection of your items, available to be collected in the Fourways area only. Simply select FREE collection as a delivery method during checkout.
  • Please contact us here if you would like to arrange to collect your order directly from us.

FAQ - Delivery

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number.
You can click on the tracking number in the confirmation email, or alternatively you can check the status of your order, or track your delivery, by checking out the Track Order page.

Alternatively, you can go to Orders on “My Account” and find a tracking link for the order you’re expecting!

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer 4 options for your convenience:

  1. R 100 Standard flat fee – Nationwide courier delivery (via The Courier Guy, or in some instances FastWay). 
  2. R 150 Overnight flat fee – In a hurry, then chose our Overnight, Fast Nationwide courier delivery (via The Courier Guy, or in some instances FastWay). 
  3. R 60 flat fee – PUDO nationwide locker delivery option. Please read more on PUDO, or see ‘What is PUDO’ tab below.
  4. Free – Prearranged collection, for the customer to collect from Fourways area.

We offer overnight delivery and express processing from our warehouse.

Chose Overnight express delivery to your door, and we will make sure your order gets priority packaging, and fast overnight shipping to your door!

Delivery Terms & Conditions
  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us;
  • If any items in your order is out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you, or offer a gift card or replacement value for those items;
  • All orders sent require a signature on delivery.
Free or reduced delivery Terms & Conditions
  • No promo code needed! Free or reduced shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold (unless we are running a FREE shipping promo, where a code will be provided to you).
  • The threshold for free or reduced shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
  • When there is a promotion for Free delivery running, simply add the discount code at checkout.
I missed my delivery!

If you are not there when your order arrives the carrier will attempt to contact you to re-schedule a delivery. Please keep your eye out on your tracking number, you can check Here to see any feedback the courier might provide. If a carrier does not contact you, please feel free to get in touch with us Here.

An item is missing from my shipping confirmation

If we for some reason, would be unable to ship one of the items in your order, this will be stated in your shipping confirmation and you will automatically be refunded for the item!
